I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, right on the lake front with breathtaking views of the castle and the lake. It was such a treat to wake up every morning and be greeted by such a beautiful sight. The staff here were amazing, providing next level customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could possibly need, including a mini-bar, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The hotel also had excellent facilities, such as a beach access, a sun terrace, and a beautiful garden area where I could relax and unwind. the service and quality of this hotel were truly outstanding.

I stayed at Castello Lake Front for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic time. The room with a balcony offered breathtaking views of the lake, and the hotel's location close to the town center was perfect. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and even surprised me with a complimentary birthday cake. The hotel was spotlessly clean and offered great value for money. I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is located on the shore of the lake, offering stunning views of the water. It is also a short walk down the sloping Via Paina to the historic castle and the Castle theatre. the rooms are well, maintained and come with modern amenities like a mini, fridge, microwave, and flatscreen TV. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including freshly, made omelettes and pancakes. the cleaning staff and receptionists are friendly, welcoming, and professional.

stayed at a hotel in malcesine before but castello lake front surpassed all expectations. amazing views, friendly staff, and delicious breakfasts. we extended our stay and can't wait to return in the future.

Elevator was slow.

The breakfast with granola and yogurt was amazing. The setting is stunning and conveniently close to shops, bars, and restaurants. The hotel is within walking distance to the Castello, which houses a very interesting museum about the formation of the lake.

The location of this place is perfect, close to a bus station, and the Italian-style building and our well-appointed, brand-new room were great.

I stayed at Hotel Castello for a week with my mother and we were made to feel valued from the moment we arrived. The modern boutique style and stunning views of the lake were wonderful. The grassed garden overlooking the lake provided a lovely spot to relax. The evening meals were delicious and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The special touches from Angela made our stay feel even more special. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable. We can't wait to return.

Great lake view from the room, and delicious food offered. The hotel has a good location near shops and historical sites. The air conditioning was definitely a plus during a hot summer.

The room was not cleaned properly, with several hairs found in the bathroom and dirt on the minibar shelf. The staff didn't seem very attentive or interested in helping us out, and the check-in process was slow and inefficient.
